Cologne Sightseeing round-trip Cruise

Get more out of your time in Cologne by going on a scenic sightseeing cruise along the Rhine River. It’s a great choice for travelers with limited time, as you’ll get a glimpse of multiple top Cologne sights in a short space of time, including Cologne Cathedral, and Hohenzollern Bridge. As you travel, listen to engaging commentary about local sights, and get the chance to purchase on-board drinks too.

Stunning views of Cologne - and all for a €3 entrance ticket! They have made huge efforts with social distancing to make sure guests entering & leaving never meet. Again due to COVID, at the moment it's only open from midday on Saturdays & Sundays. Get there before midday or you'll be in a queue for 45 minutes.

We took e-scooters from Cathedral square across the bridge which took about 5 minutes. Entry is €3 and you take an elevator 28 floors to the top. You then climb an additional flight of stairs by foot. The views from the top are breathtaking and you can spend as long as you like. There is a bar at the top serving tea/coffee and waffles. It's lovely!

The tower is a modern looking building and it’s a quick lift ride to the top. The views are good you can see all of the city and take a few good pics. It’s only 3 euros so it’s worth it.

We wanted to visit the top of the tower in the early evening to watch the sun set, but got caught out as they only take cash and I didn't have enough cash. There was no cash point we could see nearby so we missed out and went for dinner early instead, so make sure you have enough cash on you!
