A lovely place to have a wander. It is nice and quiet and calm. The colour schemes used are vibrant.

We got the train from Köln Hbf to Flora. To get to the entrance of the gardens you need to go right through the Zoo area. The garden does not have any entry fees and thus makes it a good place to have a stroll . The view when you enter the garden is very beautiful . You can plan for a short picnic here is you have kids as the zoo and flora makes it a perfect weekend gateway.

Took a tour bus where you can come off at any location you like, a cheap way to get around the city. The gardens are well kept and a lovely stress free walk

A nice, small botanical garden. The restaurant Dank Augusta is a absolute gem where you can order a picnic.

The garden is free of charge. You can explore as much as you wish. Totally reccomend it. Make sure to check all of what the garden is having, not just the entrance.

If you are lucky, there are some (free) guided tours offered in this botanical garden. The best time should be all the year round except for end of April to May as... More

A lovely garden with many sections to visit. Easy to get to from the station and washroom facilities within.

Enjoyable and casual walk. Not at its best in august but would be beautiful in the right season. Well laid out.
