Lovely garden

A lovely garden with many sections to visit. Easy to get to from the station and washroom facilities within.

Enjoyable and casual walk. Not at its best in august but would be beautiful in the right season. Well laid out.

If you love flowers and are in need of something peaceful to do, then this is definitely the place to go. It is soo beautiful. My mom came to visit and wanted something to do with her and even though it started raining, we were able to purchase an umbrella and keep walking the grounds.

The garden is large. Like very large. But the main attraction (the green house) is closed until 2020.

Beautifully arranged by experienced gardeners... pretty old place with history, the Camellia Exhibition is just amazing. As I was living long enough in Asia I know a lot about those beautiful flowers in all their varieties... if you pick the right time a year you will just enjoy the diversity of the Camellia flower. Other times are good for visit... More

Worth a visit for a nice stroll around, near to the zoo, cable cars and the sculpture park. Cafe was shut when we got there and a lot of the greenhouses were shut for maintenance.

A nice place to relax and to spend some romantic moments with your loved one. We arrived accidentally here from the Cologne Cable Car. Worth a visit if you need some relaxing moment in the town. Entrance to the garden is free and you can take a tram or S Bahn or Cable Car here.

We took the cable car over the river and then got off to walk around. The day was rainy with bursts of sun so everything was wet but it was beautiful. We took our toddlers for a ride on the kiddie train that went around the perimeter of the park and had a great time. It is quite large and... More

We found this by accident, while looking for the cable cars. The gardens are beautiful. Just a shame it was raining otherwise we would have stayed for hours. Got some beautiful photos for our memories.
