An interesting place if you like Beethoven. We did not take a guided tour or headset but self guided with a book . Only downside no photos allowed and staff were a bit miserable .

The museum focuses on Beethoven's connections, but does not talk about his personal life, his struggles, achievements, more details of his musical career. Also, most of the artefacts only have descriptions in German, it would be awesome if they could add English descriptions

You might easily miss the place, which I did. The Beethoven House is filled with history and culture; avail of the Audio Guide for better understanding of the treasures inside. Staff were also friendly and helpful.
