A spectacular view of the city, an amazing walk from the main road in the nature. We went there as a group and had dinner and a few drinks on the terrace, very good. An interesting slice of history. But on a down side the toilet facilities was in an atrocious state, the men's toilet was filthy the entire evening.-... More

Not the most magnificent castle to visit but a great view and hometown history. Worth the trip if in the Bielefeld area. Restaurant offers good food and east westfalia specially like Pickard.

Anyone who's confused by the geography of Bielefeld will get a bird's eye view of much of it from the castle ramparts. You can climb the tower for €1 and get an even better view. There's an on sight restaurant and a bar. The tower is one of the iconic sites of Bielefeld and features on many Biefeld themed merchandise.

Small castle on a hill overlooking Bielefeld. Great views of the city. Free to walk around the grounds. Small fee to climb the tower. Paid parking near to the castle.

A small charming castle that offers great views over the city. Free to walk round and a minimal charge for the tower.

Part of the history of Bielefeld, well worth a visit, great views both by day and by night also houses a lovely restaurant which is often fully booked. Better during the summer and also has an annual medieval festival which has fantastic atmosphere in these surroundings.
