We were so lucky that our guide was the owner of this bakery. He very interesting explain about whole production process. You have also possibility to try many kind of : printers. Must see for visiting Aachen

Purinten of Klein is a rustic flavor compared to Nobis and Van del Deale. It does not look brilliant, but the good for daily snack. They have brunch shop near the Dom. Münsterplatz 15, 52062 Aachen
