Photo Point and dont forget to go on the top.

You can go on the top of the lighthouse for a small fee which is worth since you can see most of the sea shore up to some distance.

A must visit place if you are near Warnemunde. A entry fee of 2 Euro opens the door for a beautiful panoramic view of Warnemunde. On one end you can indulge in the never ending sea and on the other side you can enjoy the view of the city. We were also able to look at huge cruises parked at... More

It is a Beautiful Walk around the Harbour to the Beach and see the Lighthouse on the way. Follow that up with a Walk though the Town and Your Ready to eat some Wonderful Sausages or Even Fresh Seafood. Lovely Day Out

It's worth to climb up the 135 stairs to enjoy the beautiful view over Warnemünde. See the cruise harbor, the beautiful beach, Warnemünde, .... from 31 meters above.

A lighthouse situated at the estuary of Warnow river is 37 meters high and was opened to service in 1898. Today, it is a major landmark of Warnemunde, with perfect views from its top all around the area.

A very interresting light tower with a more interesting sculpture close by. The sculpture looks like the people are obese with more cellulite than brains

On a bright and cool spring day the locals were bundled in jackets, sipping coffee, and enjoying the sun. The beach access is steps from the lighthouse. This was a fun afternoon train ride from Rostock, where our cruise ship docked, for lunch. There are several dining choices here, but regrettably, we couldn't find a German sausage and beer. Warnemunde... More

This working lighthouse dating from the 19thcentury is a landmark in Warnemunde and can be climbed for a small charge. It is well worth doing as there is a panoramic view from the top of the wonderful strandkorb beach chairs. The views out to see and of the moles and the canal and harbour are tremendous

A bracing walk from the beach to the 105 foot high, tile clad lighthouse which is open in summer. Hot drinks at the nearby Teeport building.
