This statue is facing the castle. Enjoy a picture from upstairs of the castle or a selfie for both: The statue and the beautiful Castle.

There a lots of monuments and again just read about the history on the plaque nearby. Worth while a photo with the castle in the background.

You can walk up on the base and get better shots of castle and lakes over the heads of the tourists.

It is a monument on a small green part at the opposite of the Schwerin castle. We saw it from a distance and made some pictures.

Its hard to miss this monument - located just outside the Schloss on the route into town it stands on the left in an open space.
It has the look of an age past - a single imposing column topped with Megalopolis of Willgohs the column stands in mmorial to the war of 1870/71.
Its impressive and a great photo opportunity.
