All the cars were displayed in a very nice manner. The architecture of the buildings was unique and interesting. One building displayed antique cars and was beautifully done. All the cars were labeled and well maintained.

You are in the city of Wolfsburg so obviously the automobile on show are from VW arsenal, I wasn't amused by the vast collection and the size of the museum itself as i felt we finished the ''sightseeing'' fairly quickly, for people who are VW fans (beetles and vans) it may be highly entertaining, it was very average for my... An avid VW fan and owner, this is like a trip to Mecca. Everything about this small town is Volkswagen! It was like a dream come true. I have to admit, when I saw the outside of the Auto Museum, I thought it was going to be disappointing, I still thought the same when I got into the reception, we... More

The Volkswagen Auto Museum in Wolfsburg is a very well designed museum for cars witf the emphasis of course on Volkswagen and their related brands like Skoda. If you love cars this is the place to be. If you are a below average car lover like us this museum is still worth a visit.

This building looked plain from the outside, but inside was the best collection of VW Beetles and vans, and Karman Ghias, and then all the newer models - although I was there to sigh over the older models. It took longer to tour than I expected. The gift shop at the front of the building was tiny, but I left... More

An excellent historical reference museum without the bells and whistles of the Autostadt. Looks pretty boring from the outside but well worth visiting.

If you are a vw enthusiast this museum won't disappoint. I thought that there might be a few more exhibits but it still takes a few hours to walk around and look at everything. Personally I am a t2 nut so I would have liked to see more but overall there were some very impressive displays. Well worth the visit.

The cars in the VW museum are immaculately prepared. They have obviously spent a great deal of money restoring them to their original new condition. This is unusual because it makes you remember them as they were on the day you bought them not the day you replaced them. It took a whole day for us to visit the Autostat... More
