Found this gem in the Nautibar as previously noted. 6 different brews when I was there and sampled a couple before settling on a nice Vienna Lager.

Definite must visit for beer lovers seeking alternatives to the typical German beers, located in the beautiful theatre district, and close to the center of Göttingen. Make sure to check open hours.

Scholar is a fancy place with it's own brewery inside. We tasted different home-brewed beers and they were all very drinkable. For beer lovers definitely a must in Goettingen.
