My wife and I had such a wonderful time learning to make éclairs! What a wonderful experience and beautiful kitchen! Chef Annie was so much fun to work with and was very helpful in teaching us how to make French Pastry, which isn't as hard as we thought it would be... and DELICIOUS!!!

Let me start with just 3 words - "Fun.Fine.Flavorful" . Annie's workshop I think is really helpful for both novice and experienced bakers.

What differentiates Mirabelle Kitchen also, is the setting. It's not your typical school or a typical restaurant / bakery ambiance. It's a such a social large home kitchen style that makes the entire workshop fun.

While it's fun, you will also learn the techniques in making the French & Italian macaroons - Techniques that you may not find in any recipe books.

The workshop did run over more than the initially planned hour. But mainly because we asked many questions and to Annie's credit - She was patient in answering. When you take the workshop, it might help not to plan other activities back to back right after the workshop :)

Over all Mirabelle kitchen helped me to discover skills related desserts that I didn't know about (...well other than eating desserts, which I knew well :) )

..Sign up..Try it . You will have a good time.

WOW, WOW, WOW! As someone who loves to cook and makes various dishes from around the world, I learned many different techniques and methods during our macaroon class at Mirabelle Kitchen. Annie is very thorough yet easily understood. Class sizes are ideal for everyone to learn and understand. Our class was comprised of students with different levels of knowledge within the kitchen; Annie teaches in a fashion where everyone learns and everyone feels comfortable. I definitely will attend other classes and strongly recommend her courses to others.
