A nice experience taking a ride on this one of the first hydraulic funicular. Very small train and could get crowded at weekends.

For 5€, the train takes you to the top of the hill where the Russian Orthodox Church and the Nerotal Park is. The view of Wiesbaden is amazing and there is also a nice restaurant. A relaxing and romantic place for a picnic date.

The Nerobergbahn is a marvel of historic engineering leading to the top of the Neroberg. Operating since the 1800s, the train is powered by gravity (yes really). At the top station are parks and a restaurant.
