During summer time hundreds of pups offer drinks, meals and entertainment. Weekends completely crowded but nice. During winter time the area is almost “dead”.

came down to this area to try and find some cider houses. Kind of interesting area with some narrow streets full of bars and restaurants. Kind of more local and perhaps more real than some other areas in frankfurt.

We visited the area and saw a lot of restaurants. Different kind of food and prices. Not easy to recognize the area since the area all looked the same. Some signs maybe?

Is across the river from the old-town portion of Frankfurt. Small area close to bridge n' is the centre of "bar n' beer" places. Looks like a great time can be had by all (.......we visited in early day-light hours, time constraints).

It is really a very nice place - few streets with lots of cafes, bars, restaurants, you can eat or have a drink ( or more ! ), watch football, with friends or partner..

Quiet by day and vibrant by night. We walked around here one evening and it was full of people out for the night. During the day it's really quiet but worth looking at.

The other side of Frankfurt "Dribbdebach" a part of the city known for the abundance of garden restaurants serving local specialties like Rippchen, Handkas mit Musik, Abbelwoi and Green Sauce. Lots of fun, lots of hospitality.
