I found the museum to be somewhat small and focused on some of the historical elements (pre-film). I was expecting more of a focus on German film making, but the exhibits seemed to be based on US which was a bit disappointing. I would not...More

Really enjoyed this museum - just the right blend of info and things to do. Also not too big so you don't feel exhausted if this is one of several in a day's sightseeing. Great for kids who like cinema and where it came from....More

Interesting museum with quite a lot of interactive stuff that you can touch, spin, use, etc. Additional exposition was not as interesting as the main one.

Came here on a Friday afternoon, it mostly focuses on American Film which is great for tourists. The staff is quite helpful but speaks a limited amount of English. The museum is a bit dark and a bit on the small side.

The museum is small but has a very interesting collection of movie-making artifacts. Third floor has nice interactive installations and memorabilia. It takes about 2-3 hours to see it through. If your time is limited, skip it. Unless you're a fan of the movie industry.
