This market is really long running between 2 railways stations with lots of food, clothing, shoes, junk jewellery etc stalls. The only criticism is that there are no little bars as in other European markets to allow you to watch the world go by over...More

The market is underneath the subway viaduct between the stations Hoheluft and Eppendorfer Baum. Maybe the longest market in Germany. You find the plain normal Turkish fruit dealers that get their stocks from wholesale market. And you find the farmers, some of them eco, with...More

The Isemarkt is one of the longest markets I've been to. Apart from that and being underneath one of Hamburgs Metro lines, it's just a regular market. You can get food, flowers and everything else you'd expect on a market. ;) If you've seen everything...More

Isemarkt is worth a visit when going to this area of Hamburg. It is a big market underneath the railroad. Groceries, cheese, handcraft, bakeries etc. I think i walked for about 10 minutes from one end to another. Vivid and a lot of people.

The Ise/Isa market is a charming outdoor farmers market in the shadow of the elevated train. It's filled with fresh, organic produce, flowers, cheese, with very little interruption from the cutesy crafts that dilute other markets. And, because this is Germany, there are places to...More

Isemarkt is Hamburgs Version of a Farmers market. Not quite like in California but interesting nevertheless. Lots of fruit stands and meat and fish sold here. All fresh from the source. The vendors often have big local personalities so be prepared to be entertained while...More

Visited this farmers market today after a friend from work recommended it. I was expecting a few stalls but was pleasantly surprised! It's massive. Lots of stalls all under the bridge so protected from the rain. It's got fresh fruit and vegetables, honey, cheeses, breads,...More
