Worst Anti-fascists Ever

What miserable bunch they are in this pub. Popped in for a drink with a few friends and were told in no uncertain terms we weren’t welcome and had to leave immediately or we’d be beaten up.

Now I’m no expert but threatening people that go for a drink in your pub just because you’re a different nationality doesn’t strike me as especially inclusive?

Also, if you’ve got a problem with people like us drinking at your bar you could save yourself lot of hassle by maybe not owning a bar and having it open to the general public. I mean I’m no landlord of a public house myself but that strikes me as pretty obvious. Just a thought.

Whist buying his beer, my friend was told by the barmaid if he knew what was good for him we'd drink up and leave as fast as we can. My dead friend was told by her that if he couldn't order drinks properly he should get someone else to do it for him. To be fair to the baraid some massive thugs came in as we were rapidly leaving so she might have just been trying to not get us attacked by the locals? Does that deserve an extra star?

The Jolly Roger, the legendary supporter’s-owned bar near the stadium
Jul 2016 • Solo
The Jolly Roger, the legendary supporter’s-owned bar near the stadium. Founded by St. Pauli Fans for St. Pauli Fans. It’s a non-profit enterprise with all monies going into supporters projects. It’s located at Budapester Straße across the road from the Millerntor stadium and a 5 minutes’ walk (or 10 depending on how many Astra’s consumed) from the Reeperbahn.

Not so sure of the opening times, but when I was there there was a little crowd waiting for it to open at 8.00 in the morning. But don’t worry the small shop beside sells the Astra Red Light which was 6.0% vol. for 2 euros, and you can easily sit outside on the bench awaiting for it to open.

Really liked the bar, the staff were ultra-friendly, and the bar had a nice chilled out vibe going on. Around match time the bar is the place to be, before and after the game, and at night it can get very crowded.
