The price for this tour only includes the registration fee for the reservation. With this tours we wish a fair pay for our performance, at the same time we find it fair that you decide what amount is fair. This motivates us to give a great tour every single time and gives an opportunity for those that can not normally afford a tour to experience the best that the city has to offer.

Witness the rise and fall of Hamburg throughout its history: its glorious past as a centre of the Hanseatic League and its heavy destruction in the Great Fire and the World War 2.
Please note: groups of 9 or more must book a private tour and will NOT be admitted onto the tour! In such a case no refund will be rewarded.

Hidden away this hidden gem of a street is just lovely with a few cute shops and a restaurant. A real slice of history you would not expect to find.

This is a narrow street of original old houses. One is furnished in traditional style as accommodation for a tradesman’s widow, you can go in for a small charge, and it is worth seeing. The furnishings are plain but everything needed is there. I could imagine an elderly lady enjoying her remaking years there. Stairs are steep and not suitable if you have poor mobility.

a very interesting glimpse into the past days of Hamburgs history, I understand that this is one of the few bits that didn't get destroyed in the war. Well worth a little visit.

This site is near the St. Michaelis Church and a lot of tourists go to it. Entry is through a restaurant of the same name which occupies a narrow ally. The site consists of several rooms with some period furniture connected by a very narrow stairway. Save your money - there is very little to see. Instead, go to the Hamburg Museum which shows the same information (lifestyles from earlier times) and is free.

History of the city. Hundred years you go back, when you walk on this little street. Nothing very special, but a good feeling.
