About
The Panik City is a unique multimedia experience about the life and work of Udo Lindenberg - one of Germany’s most prolific, famous and successful performing artists. Situated in the St. Pauli Klubhaus at the heart of Hamburg’s entertainment district on the Reeperbahn. Visitors are invited to take a 90 minute tour through Panik City in groups of up to 20 people. Tours start every half hour and are held in German language only. Through multivision storytelling, 270° video projection, singing with a virtual Udo, augmented reality, interactive painting and virtual reality, visitors get to touch, hear and see Udo as they have never seen him before in six rooms over 700m². Panik City reveals the personal and political side of the man behind the rock legend and is designed for all age groups, fans and anyone interested in rock n’ roll, pop music, art, culture and German history.

I'm not the biggest Udo Lindenberg fan but beeing in Hamburg made me visiting the museum. And I really enjoyed it. It's not so much a museum than a show. And it's done great. Lots of interaction and the time just flies by. Big recommendation.

While not available in English, the production experience was fantastic! You could “feel” the story through the bold use of video, music, augmented reality and virtual reality. Well done!!!

had to divert from our original plans due to weather. decided to try Panik city....group of 3.only one of us knew udo...

Treat yourself to a 90 minutes virtual Udo Lindenberg experience.
Also people who for whatever not understandable reason have not heard of Hamburg's greatest Rockstar should go. Very interactive, great music and lots of recent german history.

We had a great afternoon, even without knowing much about Udo. All the rooms are well planned and interactive. The best is the video at the end.

Hello there! The first time I was in there i lost time in space....i was travelling through a parallel universe!
A universe where there is a sensitive treatment with oneanother! A universe where everyone is welcome to be him or herself!
If you want to feel the free spirit of one straight hearted musician who is showing his true self to the audience...if you want to get close to udo.......come in and make the experience!

Ist Panik city etwas für en Junge 14 Jahre alt det nur ein venig Deutch sprecht?

Moin, unsere Touren können ab 8 Jahren besucht werden. Udo hat ja Fans in allen Altersgruppen. Deutsch als Sprache ist allerdings schon notwendig, da alle Filme und Inhalte auf Deutsch gezeigt werden. Englische Touren gibt es bei uns aktuell nicht.

we are sorry to tell you that Panik City is a German Guided Experiece since Udo Lindenberg is performing in German only and so all the lyrics are German...
He has an amaazing fancrowd in German-speaking countries, but it's rather small in other countries. That's why we decided to start with English.
