When visiting Berlin, there can be few better ways to spend a sunny day than cycling around Potsdam. It is an exceptionally beautiful place and a favourite leisure retreat for locals. When you read about it, it sounds like it is all about baroque palaces...More

Potsdam is the easiest place to ride a bicycle, since there is a bike lane at almost all places. You can rent a bike for about 10€ and ride your way around the idyllic parks of Potsdam. Totally recommended!

The tour what includes the Palaces Sanssouci, New Palace, Cecilienhof, Palace Babelsberg and the City Palace is about 18 km - without Palace Babelsberg 13 km. Actually Potsdam has 14 palaces:-) Best Tom
