So I was there with my kids after we made a reservation.
So I imagined it would be a bit nicer and better. I booked a chocolate bar for a drink for myself and my three children, an hour of bowling, a game of mini golf and actually this laser match for 90β¬. After we gave the clubs back, we wanted to start this laser game and the cashier said no, I should pay extra π‘ Of course I didn't take any but this discussion alone that I should pay again for 90β¬ I thought was cheeky to put it mildly but the kids really wanted to go. Oh well, whatever. The next problem was at the beginning of bowling there were various error messages which took me a total of 10 minutes. Was ignored at the bar and waited before we could continue playing. After 50 minutes the aunt came and wanted to stop our second round in the middle of the game because the next people were there too early. I said definitely not because there were only two rounds left anyway π
The bowling alley has had its best days too. You can see how the ball actually jumps when you move slowly from left to right. I think that's a no-go.
As many people as possible were parked at the mini golf course so that it was only possible to complete lane after lane after a long wait.
When asked about bowling or the laser match rules. Etc. I only got bad or no answers about information and the course of the game. My conclusion is that the staff are a disaster, unfriendly and not trained at all when it comes to customer service ππ» the ambience with the colors and pictures was the only highlight of this trip. It was the first and last time I was there, 100β¬ poorer. Sad children's faces because you were sent away from bowling before the game actually ended and laser match had to be paid extra even though you had bought the complete package. It was quite cheeky. The table football was broken. There was also air hockey on site with a long wait time, so if you don't have to watch your pennies, you can go and burn your money there. If you don't place much value on friendliness and professionalism, you'll definitely feel in good hands there. I advise everyone else to go somewhere else, you'll definitely get more for less money and you'll definitely be served nicer than there by these young, clueless waiters. TIP for the boss: train them in customer service and friendliness. I've never had anyone worse than them in my 50 years, which is saying something. Save yourself the visit and go spend your money somewhere else.
