Great place to choose at the moment: a good exhibition of The Bauhaus is on which is handy as the Bauhaus archive is closed for renovations at the moment.

A very beautiful, modern museum with lot of space. Pieces of art from over a century of years. Outdoor cafe is very nice for cup of coffee and piece of cake after visiting the museum.

Currently at the Berlinische there is an excellent exhibit honoring the artist Lotte Laserstein and her masterful painterly works. Mostly through portraitures the viewer is exposed to her lovely style of painting and of capturing the moment. Unknown to me prior to my visit to...More
