I had read about this place and decided i wanted to visit while i was in Berlin recently. So we headed up to Pankow and found it easily enough, and once we'd got in it was easy to tell that this place was a fairly special place just by the decorations in the entrance hallway.

This church was badly damaged in the 2nd world war and has been almost rebuilt with the same roof and colours. You need to pay an extra 2E if you want to take photos which I did, as the interior is beautiful
