Although we enjoyed our breakfast, we felt that the food doesn't match the setting. We ate on the terrace, in a romantic setting. The inside of the villa is beautiful as well. The breakfast itself wasn't as inspired. It was decent, but nothing more.

This is the most delightful place to stop and have breakfast or a meal. Set it beautiful gardens, this lovely restaurant is a delight to see. The food is amazing too. The prices are slightly higher than in other local restaurants but it is well worth the experience.

You can enjoy a dinner in a quiet garden in the center of Berlin. The food is fine. It is not a cheap place - I will rather say it is overpriced. The waiters are inexperienced. The plates are cold when you get them.

We found out about this place on a blog. It was easy to find a got lucky to get a table. The setting is in the garden of an old library. On that warm summer morning, everything was just perfect. The coffee, the food, the surrounds. We would definitely go back there again when in Berlin.

We had breakfast in the garden. What an amazing place. You forget you are in a busy city and feel relaxed. Love their food. Had the salmon and waffles. Breakfast was very fresh and delicious. I would recommend this place to anyone!

As pointed out, just off the main drag, but you enter into a relaxed haven, although the tables are a little to close, you accept. Quite a strong contrast in service levels from Breakfast to evening meal, the latter being superior. What is the joy is the food content, delightful!

Set in the historic Literaturhaus this restaurant is an ideal setting for a leisurely Sunday breakfast. The setting apart, the breakfast menu is reasonably extensive and easy to find something. The service was excellent and the staff friendly. Hard to find fault here but you will need to reserve or be patient if you want a seat in the garden.

Came here for breakfast thanks to the good reviews. We weren't disappointed! This is a gorgeous spot for a fabulous breakfast or lunch. We had breakfast no 1 with eggs, ham, rolls and croissants, jam, cheese and watermelon. More than we could eat for 12 euros! Great, friendly service in a lovely location. Highly recommended.

We found this place thanks to some great reviews just a few minutes walk from our hotel in Ku Damm. It is a beautiful villa with a garden hidden away on a beautiful side street and it has tables Inside and out . We ended up going 3 times as the food was so delicious and the place so beautiful... Staying in Charlottenburg

Neighborhood Profile
Charlottenburg
Breathe in Berlin’s royal past while walking through the gardens of beautiful Charlottenburg Palace, which lends its name to this well-heeled neighborhood. Here you'll find some of the oldest homes in the city: upper-class apartment buildings with ornate facades and marble-floored foyers line the cobblestone streets. Stroll by sophisticated restaurants, through little parks, or around Lake Lietzensee. Window shop down Kurfürstendamm, the most renowned high-end shopping street in Berlin, where you can find all the big designer names. In the evening, visit one of the old theaters close by Zoo Station which were nightlife hot spots in the 1920s, or dine in one of the many international restaurants around Savignyplatz before heading to other parts of town for a night out.
