In live and close to this building does not look as beautiful as it seems in the photo, but overall, it still seemed pretty to me. This place hosts exhibitions, film screenings, music concerts, dance and theater performances by artists from various countries of Asia, Africa and South America. Events are divided into several topics: art, cinema, media, dancing, theater, music, literature, society, science.

This concert hall is located in the park not far from the Parliarment building and is next to the Carillon. This review is not about the restaurant and the performance, rather about the building itself. It was built by an American architech as the International Building Exhibition and was given to the (then) West Germany as a gift. The Sculpture was done by Henrry Moore. According to the history, building was rebuilt after the roof collapsed in 1980, and the sculpture were rebuilt to the same design due to damaged by nature and vandalism. At present the builting is known as the NJational Center for International Art and focusing on non-European. Even without the events, the buidling is worth visiting for some photos.
