The big bus was great way to see the highlight of the city, however, many audio jacks did not work on some of the buses. On a positive note, the buses were always on time but there wasn't a sign on the street or sidewalk...More

We did the 2 day tour. Alexs in the green bus was brilliant and funny. I learn suck a lot about Berlin. The red bus is very tourist and wasn't looking forward the green route but it was actually more enjoyable.

The commentary on this tour was major just bad, but outdated. One of the buses was very old. At each stop there was a 15min wait, long drawn out and I even fell asleep at one point. We did get to see all of the...More

Easy and cheap way to see the main attractions- easy hop on/ hop off. Buses run every 20 minutes and convenient pick ups. Great way to see everything in one day.

Having done various city bus tours this was the worst commentary. There were lots of silent pauses which is amazing given the amount of history that has taken place in this city. What commentary there was, was a failed comedy act with bizarre inane comments...More

The center of Berlin, Mitte is most famous for sights
like the Brandenburg Gate, Alexanderplatz, and Museum
Island. The central location makes this one of the
city's most expensive places to live. It is here the
oldest traces of the city can be found, and evidence
of some significant transformations, as well. The
gangsters that once ruled the impoverished streets
between Alexanderplatz and Hackescher Markt have given

Hi I am planning to go to Berlin this weekend, and keen to see a view with my eyes from the sky. please google search by "astronaut berlin sky view", as I couldnt paste a link. The pic above is said to be taken from space, but would that be possible to see by helicopter, plane, or even balloon? This is my first time to go to Berlin but really want to see this view from the sky. Any advice is highly appreciated!

Hi Kazzy I've only ever done the communications tower I think it's called which does a 360 degree view across Berlin by walking around but not done anything else to view from above. Have an amazing time and enjoy 😊

Can someone tell us if it's worth getting a Museum pass - we do want to see the ones on Museum Island, plus the Welcome Card & travel card. It's very confusing, we are in central Berlin a week, flying into Tegel leaving on the train for another city. Many thanks

We only went to a few museums but they were very good and there is no reason to think the others are not as good. The DDR in particular is very good with lots of hands on exhibits.

We used the hop on/hop off bus. There were a few long stops, at the railway station for one, but we used them for a wander about, which is always interesting!
