Berlin Hauptbahnhof is easy to navigate...once you’ve established where you are going!!! Set out on many levels, just follow the signs. Or ask at a counter, they’re very helpful. Plenty of shops and eateries to grab food and a drink before catching your train.

I cannot believe how efficient and wonderful this was for us. We went to Hamburg,Bremen,Potsdam etc with absolutely no problem and it wasn’t costly. People are extremely helpful if you get confused or feel rushed.

Maybe also try the Trainline website. Google maps also does a good job planning routes using public transportation.
