Seeing all these great cars of so many different cars manufacturers together is a fantastic experience. We loved it and are sure to go also to the other places in Germany with these classic cars.

My husband dragged me to this out of he way museum/ working garage. As he led me through the worst parts of town past factories and industrial warehouses I didn't expect much but was pleasantly surprised. This is a free display and houses a massive collection of classic cars, bikes and memorabilia. It really is a beautifully designed exhibit with... More

As a man who really loves everything to do with cars this place was amazing to visit. We visited on a Sunday and it was extremely quiet, not a bad thing. Spent ages looking at the cars and choosing which ones my girlfriend and I would buy if we won the lottery. Mine was this beautiful Porsche.

Any car enthusiasts visiting Berlin should plan to go by Classic Remise. There's an excellent mix of privately owned cars being stored, car dealers and garages. With the shops and garages there's always activity in the buildings. The cars stored a of a great variety (from 2CV, Ford A, MB 300SL Gullwing, Bugatti Veyron etc.) and are easy accessible to... Amazing collection of both rare classic and brandnew supercars. And no entry fee, yay! Easy to find by car, unsure about public transport..

I saw many motoring places or events all over the world like Canepa, Singer Vehicle, Rennsport reunion, etc. Classic Remise is one of best places to see if you love classic cars or bikes.

I have been in Berlin over a year and I only just discovered this place. A really nice venue for classic car lovers. It is a free attraction to visit. It is very easily located when travelling by S-Bahn, only a 10 minute walk from the station. There were over 300 cars to view. I had a great time taking... More

Despite berlins efficient transport system this was still tricky to find. Plan the pedestrian part of the route prior to visiting ( we didn't! ). However was worth the effort. Despite only 2 of our party of 4 being petrol heads all of us thoroughly enjoyed an hour wandering round this unique set up. The highlight was the bugatti veyron... More

Staying in Moabit

Neighborhood Profile
Moabit
You may not realize Moabit is one of the city’s most central neighborhoods when you arrive at Hauptbahnhof (central station). Surrounded by waterways, Moabit is a quiet island protected from the hustle and bustle of Berlin. The crowds that do gather prefer spending their evenings in cozy restaurants over the party venues offered by other districts. With its beautiful parks, old housing and romantic industrial areas, life has traditionally been relaxed and a bit slower here. But the tone may soon be changing. Reasonable housing costs and proximity to city center are attracting more young Berliners and international visitors. This interest is encouraging new bars, cafés and nightclubs, making Moabit a candidate for most up-and-coming neighborhood in the city.
