    A must-see (and hear).
I've been looking at this venue on the Berlin Philharmonic's Digital Concert Hall for years, and have always wanted to be here in person. It didn't disappoint. The design was far ahead of its time, with the audience on all sides of the orchestra. The acoustics are excellent, so you can hear one of the world's greatest ensembles in all its glory. The pre-concert small plates are also very good. If you're planning a trip and this is on your list, your best bet to assure yourself of a ticket is by booking online well in advance.

Beautiful venue and a talented philharmonic!
It’s a beautiful venue and I couldn’t ask for more! We had great seats, the philharmonic did a wonderful job, and even the snacks and drinks available for purchase during intermission were yummy. I highly recommend if you’re looking for some culture and symphonic music!

This is not a review of the concert, which was amazing, or the building and amenities which were all great, but of the staff. Sorry for the long read ahead, but I hope someone reads this and makes improvements.
I booked the day before so had a PDF version of the ticket, and the website said I could collect my paper version at the box office when I arrived. I arrived at the venue 25 minutes early and am told by the staff member to exit the building, walk 180 degrees around and use a different box office. I queue until 7:55 at the second box office and when I got to the front am told I should be at the box office I arrived at first. I walked round again (you’re not allowed to walk through the building) and queue for another 10 minutes. At this point a new lady says as the concert has started I will have to stand for the first half and collect the ticket for my seat in the interval. A steward is told to lead me to the standing area but as lovely as she was, gets terribly lost and we wander up and down different flights of stairs for a while until another steward finds us and takes me to the right place (now 15 minutes into the concert). In the interval I am directed by one lady to the wrong place again, finally get to the right desk where I’m told they can’t print out the ticket as the concert has started! I also can’t claim my free programme, but can buy it for 4 euros... As I don’t have my ticket I will have to stand for the second part again, at which point I give up and go home. None of the staff seemed to know the layout of the hall, or where I should go at any given time. None were rude but the incompetence was pretty astounding with something which must be common. So my main piece of advice is to print your ticket before you go...

The interior architecture of the building is amazing and has withstood the test of time. The Berlin Philharmonic is world class and if you can get tickets well worthwhile seeing perform. Most performances have short talks before them about the performance (in German). These talks are very informative and interesting.

As always, a great treat to visit the Berlin Philharmonie!
The building's emblematic profile is a well known landmark in the former West Berlin. Inaugurated in 1963, it has been the home of the Berliner Philharmoniker ever since. And is strongly associated with its, then and for many years, chief conductor Herbert von Karajan.
The building itself is well worth the visit. In the "Großer saal" you can practically sit anywhere and get both good views and good acoustics.

And if you attend a concert with the Berliner Philharmoniker, it really doesn't matter what it is on the programme... this world famous orchestra is in the absolute top leauge of symphony orchestras in the world. Amongst the top six...

Saw the Tribute to the 1938 Benny Goodman Carnegie Hall concert. Brilliant! Great setting, wonderful facility and this Saturday afternoon concert was packed with the "Grey & Bald Brigade" jazz lovers. It was a great way to start my fourth visit to Berlin since 2018.

A must see and possibly a must attend of one of the numerous excellent musical concerts on offer. A truly remarkable experience where true culture is being celebrated and cultivated. Scharoun's philarmonie complex together with the National Library close by are impressive examples of a democratic, open to all opportunity to culture.

We came from far away ( Paris ) to see the famous berliner philarmoniker.
What is my big disappointment over the fact below ...
I’ve done my booking tickets on their internet site and like all tourists I’m not having a printer on a trip. So i’m going directly on the berliner philarmoniker.
Unable to get my tickets at the counter even if I showing the tickets on my smartphone and even my identity card , the pretext to " paper must !!!!"
To withdraw from the situation, The persons asked me to print my tickets in Donuts shop without printer or seek nonexistent internet points around .
I find it shameful for an institution like the Berliner Philarmoniker , tourists do not necessarily have an attached printer on the back .
For information, for one or two Euros in Paris it is possible to print the document at the counter.
