We chose Tour 1 (Dark Worlds) which takes you through a former air raid shelter. It was a very interesting and enlightening experience, even for a native German. You will learn a lot about how the Nazis systematically prepared the German people for war right from their rise to power, a detailed walk-through of the shelter and a depressing session... More

We took the tour 3 in English and it was really good. The guide Joep was great making the whole tour so entertaining, it was educational yet very fun. Do not miss this tour! You can get here quite easy by train or U-bahn but I recommend to get there early as the tours sell out very quickly. We were... More

I am so glad we decided to visit this, we picked the tour of a cold war nuclear bunker which includes seeing two fallout bunkers. The guide Joep made the tour amazing, he was Dutch, had long curly hair and cool moustache. He really made the tour, he knew everything, was knowledgeable and was quite funny. You can get a... More

Shaun was a fantastic tour guide and we got to see so much! He was a very friendly host and a very welcoming man, the tour it's self showed us much much more than we expected to see and was worth our money! We went on to do even more tours and they were just as fantastic would recommend them... More

Fabulous and very informative. Stories from tour guide very good and explained well. Just amazing to see. A must do, especially those interested in how Berlin residents would do in case of bombing. A flack tower is not too far from beginning of tour. This group does a great job

If you want to get glimpse of the life in Germany around the 2nd world war, this is the perfect place! The bunker itself was not something spectacular, but our tour guide (a French girl, whose name I sadly forgot) was phenomenal! She told us very engaging stories of what was like to live in the city before and during... More

We went on Tour #1 led by Yvonne - a wonderful tour guide. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable but she was able to help the participants understand and almost experience the emotions of the time. At one point she had us feeling desperate to "get out" as the "air in the bunker dwindled." Underground Berlin gives a unique perspective... More

We went on tour A. It was excellent. The guide, a Danish lady, was able to really bring to life what life must have been in Berlin at that time. Strongly recommended.

I went for tour M (English) where they explore the history of tunnels in relation to the cold war era and the Berlin Wall. The tour is a little more expensive than the other tours but this also includes a train ticket and is valid for stops in relation to the tour. If you need to go back to the... More
