This gallery was suggested by a girlfriend and so pleased she did. Do book ahead as it does sell out as the tours are small. You can get English tours as well. The building itself has an interesting story behind it, from a bunker, fruit...More

Well worth the 4 month in advance booking we had. My boys treated me to visit this spectacular module of art, in all its forms. It was an experience that was out of the box in every way. I was captured and in awe of...More

A Polish refugee Mr Boros born in 1964 entered into advertising, made a fortune there (don't know how he did it) and in the meantime invested in art and in a bunker where he also lives. Fascinating and daring choice. The future Saatchi of Berlin?

Totally dissatisfied and disappointed 😞. The building is interesting the art is cheap and foolish playing on people with little knowledge of art and history . 2 of the works had some life but even that comment is because I am really trying to be...More

The bunker was built by the Nazis as an air raid shelter during the second world war with concrete walls three meters thick. After the war, the bunker served many purposes including a POW camp, a store house and nightclub. It now houses an art...More

Hard to believe that this huge solid structure was once a bunker - now a contemporary art space. My husband and I didn't think much of the art shown [and art is a very personal experience] but i understand the juxtaposition of such modern pieces...More

A must visit. It truly is a remarkable building that seems totally indestructible. One can only imagine the horrors, but the history is incredible.

Sammlung Boros was a disappointing experience. The art collection was poorly curated, badly hung and many of the “facts” conveyed by the guide were just plain wrong (mistranslations etc.). In addition our guide was not able to form proper German or English sentences (she was...More

No, you can't go in by yourself. Be sure to reserve in advance either for the English or German guided tours. Sorry for the late response!
