When you read the history and realize that the crowd used to be here for Hitler, this is magnificent when you live the history. This place became the german & european people voice of freedom in the present time.

Definitely add the Reichstag Building to your places to visit in Berlin. It is mind-blowing architecture, technology and German precision in one beautiful building. Pre-registration is required (best to pre-register at least 2 weeks before especially in the peak periods). We couldn't get to pre-register...More

Do book in advance online, I booked for three people on a Sunday less than a week in advance and it was so easy to get in: almost no wait, very good tour in a small group, great view in the dome at the end....More

First and foremost: DO NOT TRY TO BRING A BEVERAGE WITH YOU THROUGH SECURITY! There are absolutely no signs that say no food or drink allowed (it is not even in the invitation). One of the members of our group had a coffee (it was...More

Be careful to book your entrance in advance or you'll lose more than 2 hours trying to be admitted for any other day, maybe you won't have time. Place is nice, but would not recommend since Berlin is plentiful of life and museums.

A very popular place to visit and needs to be booked well in advance. Tight airport style security to get in. The visit is largely spent going up the iconic dome to the top and then back down to the roof. The audio guide tells...More

The center of Berlin, Mitte is most famous for sights
like the Brandenburg Gate, Alexanderplatz, and Museum
Island. The central location makes this one of the
city's most expensive places to live. It is here the
oldest traces of the city can be found, and evidence
of some significant transformations, as well. The
gangsters that once ruled the impoverished streets
between Alexanderplatz and Hackescher Markt have given

Just Google visit Reichstag - you have to fill in an online form which is a little frustrating but persevere! Take along passports for I.d. Absolutely free- we went at night so not too busy and great night views of city.
