This garden is huge - so big it can be difficult to get around in a day. I strongly recommend bringing your kids. There are multiple playgrounds including a water playground, and they are all fun! Huge and diverse park. Even if it's sometimes quite crowded near the entrance due to playgrounds; you can be have a calm stroll due to the big area. You have plenty of water, but you are not allowed to swim.

Oh, the tulips - just beautiful. Beautiful fountains too but they were not turned on when we visited (late April). It was a gorgeous sunny day and lots of local folks were enjoying the gardens. But it never felt too crowded because it is huge! Also in the garden, there was a big field with sheep! I enjoyed it much more than Tiergarten.
