We joined a walking tour of the city and this huge fountain is in front of a vast palace. If you walk around to the left of the buildings through beautiful wrought iron gates you can wander around a lovely garden.
Did an hour tour. Different tours are in different languages so make sure you go with the appropriate tour guide. No pictures are allowed. Also seating is very limited and there are a lot of stairs.
