View from castle to Altstatdt was awesome. You could see churches and all kinds of cool places. Castle itself was interesting and it had nice palace museum. Tour included palace chappel and other rooms. Also, there was lots of cool history such as weapons, guns, stories about swedes etc. Absolutely worth of 7€ they charged.

Amazing view over the city. Explore it from every angle, then walk down - sit in one of the cafes and enjoy the medieval atmosphere of the city.

It's a very pretty Castle, with great views over the city. The place wasn't overtly busy when I attended which was nice. There's wasn't overly a great deal to do once has appreciated the building and view, however the surrounding area has plenty of shops and cafes for the walk back down.

This castle exhibit is very well done. Visitors can wander at their own pace through the castle spend time in the rooms that resonate for them. The chapel is lovely. The interactive computer stations provide an opportunity to learn more. You can even see the Golden Bull. Be sure to climb Sidwell's Tower and see the city. More remarkable are... More

This is a nice castle with great views of the old city. The best part for us was on the inside they have a bunch of old war relics from many centuries ago. They also have art and old carved wood furniture. In Nuremberg its a must do.

The entire old town of Nuremburg within the Castle walls was outstanding. Beautiful river running through it, street vendors selling brautworst and gingerbread, the Castle, town square, and many other attractions were excellent.

Do yourself a favor and go there! Beautiful castle, beautiful city view, awesome history, inspiring! We took the shortest tour (#3: 3,50 per person), and it was already very good. As we took our daughter together (she is 20 months old), we preferred to not walk so much and went only to the Sinwell Turm and the well. It was... More

The castle has great views, you can walk around the courtyard for free, it is very nice. I went to the exhibition which was not great, but it wasnt expensive and is worth visiting if you have time.
