Hi Tampauro
Firstly for the city all of our guides do slightly different tours, and depending on the size of the group and the tour guide we sometimes do go inside a few buildings (I myself go into the HofBrau and other guides go into a church or two) but as a general rule the city tour is normally 90% outside.
The Dachau Memorial runs its own very basic tours and audio guides on the site for those over 14 years of age. The Museum states that some of its exhibits are unsuitable for those 12 of under, as there is a lot of very graphic photography in the Museum. Our InMunich Dachau Tour is much more detailed, and is not specifically designed for children, and although we do accept admission for children 10 years old and above it is based on the fact that not all of the tour is suitable for them (we do talk graphically about torture, and recommend the children dont listen to those particular parts). If bringing a 10-12 year old I would highly recommend that with parental guidance they are already exposed to some imagery from the Holocaust and the Nazi Camp system in general before attending. Individual guides can then make the parents aware of any parts during the actual tour itself that might be a little unsuitable for younger visitors.
I hope that answers your questions!
Many thanks
