Very popular scenic park, more internaitonal than its name would suggest, it contains a Greek temple, Chinese pagoda and Japanese tea house.

If you don't mind getting lost while running. This is the place to run. Don't forget to bundle up because it was pretty chilly for me in September. Its pretty challenging navigating through the garden for a tourist runner. There were 2 areas with surfers...More

There is a lot to tell by going to a city's park. The English Garden is extremely clean. You can see animals roams free, families enjoying outdoor time even in winter and tourists stroll down the park peacefully. Special highlight: prime surfer-watching spot perhaps in...More

It is a very large and convenient place for morning exercise, but in winter the view is just on average without beautiful trees and flowers.

English Garden is an enormous park in Munich where you could do picnic. The Japanese Tea-house and Chinese Tower are a must go if you get there.

the Giselastrabe and or Universitatis stations are close to the garden. Again it depends where in the garden you want to visit. Probably half hour walk from your station.
