Very popular scenic park, more internaitonal than its name would suggest, it contains a Greek temple, Chinese pagoda and Japanese tea house.

Would recommend renting the paddle boats by the Seehaus restaurant (€10 for half hour), also go to the Eisbachwelle to see the surfers and the Monopteros around sunset for a view over the park. Chinese Tower also a good beer garden. Do watch out for...More

Great public park to walk or run in. Stream and ponds and very close to our hotel. There was even an area in the park the locals could surf the river. Beautiful swans available for pictures.

I loved walking through this place. Weather helped and it was absolutely charming in the fall. Highly recommend. The parking is an issue as always but it's a minor thing.

The garden is near the old town and is a plesant place to visit and to stay in. Here people come to wind down in beautiful surroundings.

I had some beautiful ribs in the restaurant. It was very busy of a summer evening with lots of people eating and drinking. Service wasn't a problem without delays

Tranquil place like Hyde Park London or Central Park NY, running river stream in the middle of the park where surfers can be found any day enjoying the waves and currants.

We rode for miles and stopped at beer gardens along the way. It was a blast. Make sure you stop and watch the surfers...

We just walked there in our way without planning and found one of the most beautiful garden we had seen. In a warm day it is a must! Lots of fields covered with grass and many trees and small rivers between

Wikipedia has a good article. Just search by Eisbach wave and it pops right up. Have fun.
