Nice palace to visit. Curators at work makes me wonder how did they maintain all the chariots in the past? Beautiful and serene, possibly a lifestyle only to be illustrated and not to experience.

The palace itself isn't overly expansive; you can be done in 45 minutes. Get the combination ticket and go through the grounds. See all the points of interest (try not to step on the tiny frogs and the snails on the paths), the porcelain, the carriages. You won't regret it!

Came here on a rainy day and managed to enjoy the walk in the gardens and the inside of this grand palace. Learning a little bit about the place from the trip and great cafe in an old tropical garden atrium in the side.

Wonderful to visit. Plan on max of two to three hours. Great strolling. Interesting palace. You won't have to visit every other palace after this one.

Nice visit to the palace. Impressive palace and gardens. The views are amazing. The palace, rooms, decorated and pictures are very nice. The carriage museum as well is very good. I would recommend going to this palace and visit the gardens if you are visiting Munich. This should be one of your visits. You can go on your own taking... More

A Bavarian take on Versailles. Definitely worth visiting the main apartments, and especially the gallery of the beauties. We didn't really get to see much of the grounds, but what we saw looked interesting.

From time to time they do symphony at the palace which we went to one of them. The room was very humid, so the musician were having a hard time tuning. But it was still great to go to one of them.

Walk through at your own pace. Beautiful gardens outside. The only frustrating thing is that you have to buy different levels of tickets to see everything. Why should we have to pay extra to see the carriages and other palaces on the grounds - just make it one price.

Expansive and well maintained palace grounds. Worth a trip or a stop while taking the sightseeing buses. A bit on the expensive side if you want to go inside and not just stroll the gardens but if you're interested in getting some insights into the lifestyle of the rich and famous a couple of centuries ago don't miss it.
