We enjoyed our lunch here under the shade of the large trees on a nice fall Munich afternoon. Food is traditional Bavarian but there are a lot of options. You can pay with a credit card, you just have to make sure you’re in a...More
Surrounded by autumn colours, plenty of choice for food, and beer, all outside! Really impressed here - it was incredibly clean and service was fantastic, even though it’s supposed to be self-service everyone was helping out. Lovely place to stop for food.

It's an easy walk within the city. We didn't take a tour, we simply followed a map. It's a nice setting in which to enjoy the local food. I don't know if it counts as a "wonderful restaurant" as it's on such a large scale. There may be smaller restaurants with better food but we found it to be great.
