Neuschwanstein Castle and Linderhof Palace Day Tour from Munich

4,656 reviews
Bavaria is famous for its fairy-tale castles, built by King Ludwig II, the “Mad King,” and this tour from Munich visits two of the most beautiful. Enjoy a stop and optional tour of Linderhof Castle; marvel at Neuschwanstein Castle, known as the “Sleeping Beauty” castle with a stop and optional tour; wander Hohenschwangau village; and admire the bold murals and medieval houses of Oberammergau.

Possibly the biggest bier garten in the whole town of Munich. They have inside and outside space, inside a park. Close by even deers are on sight. Food is typical bayerische.

Really nice to escape the packed downtown area. There's one of the best skateparks in Germany. Always worth watching. At times there was even Tony hawk there. Super family friendly area. Great to go for a walk there with little kids as well. Plenty of playgrounds nearby

An other great beer garten in Munich. It has a large capacity, however in the summer when weather is nice, sometimes it's hard to find a spot. There is a play ground nearby for kids.

We were out with a big family group and they had lots of room and able to handle it. Food was very good and good selection. Serviced was pretty good but took some time to get service.

A typically Bavarian restaurant in a large deer park. The restaurant is very large and full of atmosphere. We enjoyed a range of meals with everyone stating how delicious the food was ... the portions are enormous! The children in our party had high chairs and were well catered for. Our dog was with us and the waiter brought water for her. I would recommend this place wholeheartedly I think you’ll enjoy it!
