By admission, I am a Strauss scholar, and I go there for research. If you are a Strauss fan enjoy the extensive CD/DVD collection and the displays. Beautiful grounds surrounding it, so much so,you should avoid Fridays when there are weddings on a regular basis....More

This is the location for a weekly concert, every Wednesday evening, provided by the Partenkirchen orchestra...a wonderful group providing free concerts. Also the site for the annual Strauss Festival, normally held in June.

This small museum is right in the middle of Partenkirchen and easy to find. limited parking but the gardens are lovely.
