Love the slopes. There is a great selection of runs for a short ski break but unfortunately the snow is very poor there.High up it is good but the run to the bottom is dangerous.

Easy to get to any of the lifts that'll take you up. The Classic ski area actually covers a lot more ground\runs than you'd think from the valley floor. There are a lot of skiing options here, everyone can find something that's suits them. Also,...More

Brilliant tree lined runs down to the town. Weather was a bit poo, but hey, you just get on with it. With more snow and colder temps, this place would be going off. We'll be back! ( check out the Kandahar Black run if you...More

Best to be visited when it has a decent covering of snow, although it does have the snow cannons to fill the gaps in. The time we visited it was lacking in proper snow and so was a bit on the icy side. Got some...More

Went here in January 2014. Great place to ski with an abundance of different slopes from green to black. Magnificent views from the top of the Kreuzbahn lift.

A nice ski area; what we particularly liked was the fact that the mountain restaurants had gluten free options celaya labelled, which is a rare find.

Visited the Garmisch Classic for skiing with two kids (9 and 11). We paid for one day of ski school for the kids, and then the second day we skied on the Kinder slopes (at the top of the Hausbahn lift). Moderately easy runs for...More
