The atmosphere was great, lots of good street food but also nice restaurants. It is full of shops but for non shoppers like myself there were still points of interest nearby e.g market hall, museums and green lawns to to lie down and soak in the sun on good days and lovely fountains, street entertainment.

The shopping street of Stuttgart. If that's your thing then you will like it although it is a bit short. It's not my thing though.

Many historical buildings, add in some cafes and restaurants and the many shops it was a nice central point got a Saturday. We started out on this street and then branched off to see historical highlights and always ended back here.

Fun town with good shopping in the center of the city. Definitely use public transportation as finding parking is difficult

A mix of good shopping, restaurants and even entertainment with bands playing. All in the open air, not a covered mall. Spacious.

Love this pedestrian friendly 2 mile stretch with every kind of store you could dream up. From luxury boutiques, restaurants, coffee shops to budget shoe stores, the whole range is there. Often times there are musicians and street performers. Many street cafes in the warmer season. Extremely pleasant vibe because there are no cars. Love it!

A great place to walk around and people watch. Great park and lots of history. Near restaurants, museums, shops, and a bus stop for the "hop on hop off" city bus tour.
