We stayed here to see the musical Mary Poppins. The musical itself at the Stage Apollo Theater was amazing! The center itself is nicely appointed, with plenty restaurants, Bars, etc. Worth a visit!

I wanted to write a review about a specific restaurant, but it isn't listed on TripAdvisor. Maybe because the restaurants are oddly shared spaces. One place for a fast burger shuts down to become a Disco. The place we had yummy pizza and cold beer is basically a passage to other restaurants. The hours are different for each place, which there are many. I am going to post pictures for the dining experience San Marco - Pizza and Pasta. It was really good basic pizza with a variety of toppings. You can pick a pasta type/shape and then add the sauce of your choice. There were a few salads on the menu. I liked our serve and the I liked the cold beer even more, but I didn't like people passing by to go to outside or to the other restaurant.

Usually we visit the SI before we attend a musical. The kids love it to take selfies because of the atmosphere and the decoration. We prefere to eat at the beer garden (self-service). The food is okay, affordable and plenty. We need nothing fancy since the musical tickets are already pretty expensive for a whole family.

The complex centers around two (German-language) musical theaters playing mostly American musicals. There is also a Maxx movie theater and the Schwaben Quellen spa complex. Some of the best restaurants are gone, but there are still a few nice ones; I'd especially recommend the Bavarian-style beer restaurant in the tunnel between the two main buildings. The tunnel used to feature a large saltwater aquarium and a few interesting stores; those are gone, unfortunately. Another thing that is no longer is the New Year's fireworks; that might or might not come back in the future, and, if it does, it's well worth it.
