Very nice place with interesting buildings around and a very big commercial road with many brands. You can walk until 20:00 and there is a variety of restaurants, bars etc.

Although it was completely restored after WWII, the result is amazing. It is the most interesting part of the city. It has a nice palace, square and opera building surrounded by a beautiful park.

We stopped here many times. Once for picnic. Once to just sit down at the lawn. And once played football with our kid. Perfect place at the middle of the city.

I love sitting in the platz, enjoying a beer at on the several bars or restaurants and people watching. If you want there is plenty of space on the lawn to sit and relax the day away.
