The Porsche Museum is a must stop for anyone visiting this car crazy city. This beautiful new building houses a great little museum covering the history of Porsche and the car industry. The English language audio tour is really top notch. If you have ever wanted to drive a high end sports car, you can sign up to do that... More

I visited this museum with a friend and my 7 year son, and we all loved this museum. There are a lot of beautiful cars for Porsche-lovers and general car enthusiasts. The building is great, the restaurant in reception is very good as well (not as expensive as I thought it would be) and the museum is full of super... More

The Porsche museum has a limited collection and offers limited insights onto the history of the brand. I only visited the main building. I read afterwards that it is possible to visit some parts which are about the engineering of the cars.. That could be more interesting. Need to plan your trip..

I advise to see the Porsche-Museum before going to the Mercedes-Benz-Museum. I did it the wrong way and was quite disappointed at how little is shown. One big highlight to me was the Porsche sliced from front to back in multiple slices, first time I could see the inside of a car as never before...

There is a lot of cars in Porsches style - so still the same and nothing new. Is great, for fans of Porsche. But the style of expozition is not the best. Before the newest cars is big wall - why? And timeline of starting era is bad - not so much cars... What is great - audio guide!

A near religious experience for me as a Porsche fanatic. Since I first laid eyes on a 911 turbo in the late seventies, I have wanted to visit and was not disappointed. Visited from Munich by train and it was worth the 2 hour journey. While you are here, visit the Mercedes-Benz museum also.

The Porsche museum was really well laid out and interesting with a good display of cars through the years and excellent history of Ferdinand Porsche. The factory tour however (which you need to pre-book) was really brilliant. It was so interesting and informative and great value for money. Both the factory tour and museum have no barriers which was great.... More

Took my brother for his birthday. Factory tour is really good, but be prepared to walk. Porsche museum can be done in about 30 mins. Worth a visit nonetheless.

I'm not really what most would call a "gear head". But seeing some of the historic and older Porsche models up close was pretty awesome. Exhibits are in English as well as German, so you don't have to worry about translation issues.

If you are in Stuttgart you have to go to the Porsche factory and museum. Unfortunately we could not do the museum as they are closed on a Monday when we were there. Now I'm not a car fanatic and my wife even less so, but we both loved it and it was amazing. Just to see how a factory... More
