Though it's much smaller than the Mercedes museum, it covers a similar Stuttgart landmark automotive legacy.

Location is very easy to find and accessible either by car or by train - train station is right next to the museum. Inside you will discover all the history of Porsche, from the beginning and you will be amazed by the unique cars available. Audio guide is also highly recommended. I will probably go back again, because no matter... More

You'll learn about the history of Porsche and see a lot of Porsche racing cars in your visit to the Porsche Museum. Pick up an audio guide to enhance your visit with added information. We were disappointed not to see more Cayennes and Panameras—just one of each displayed outside the museum. For fans of architecture, the museum's design is great.... More

This is an excellent museum, complementary to the MB museum (I personnaly prefered this one). You will learn the history of Porsche and see one of a kind vehicles. The displays and settings are very well arranged and make the visit a great moment. I also recommend the use of the audioguide which gives interesting comments. The visit took us... More

"Start at the dawn of Porsche history and end up taking a drive". Museum was very good for kids and adults. Lots of cars from all classic and modern eras. Lots of info about specifications of cars and parts. Cars looked as though they had been really well polished as I could not see any oil, rust or dust on... More

Another must on the list of things to do with a teen son in Stuttgart. Having been to the Mercedes Museum first we were spoiled as this was not as spectacular. None the less we had an enjoyable time in the museum. We visited at the weekend so the factory tour was not an option I think this would have... More

Compared with other auto museums like BMW and Benz this one is not particularly impressive. The layout is confusing with no clear delineation of zones. The exhibits are not telling any story or history, but just display of cars. You will not find the brand great after you visited the museum. The cafe staff was also as not welcoming as... More

If you are in the neighborhood of Stuttgart I would highly recommend a visit to the Porsche museum. The museum boasts a carefully curated collection of classic and modern Porsches and other cars that have significant meaning in Porsche's history. On top of that the museum building itself is already worth a visit. If you have the time, a visit... More

There was a nice display of cars. We thought there would have been more due to the size of the building before entering. The admission price was very reasonably for a family of 3 and to our surprise it included an audio tour (not nessasary as less then half the autos has links for the auto tour) neither less a...
