The Castle was bombed during second works war and rebuilt only in 1989 in a renaissance style. Right now it is a music school. It is pretty far from the center but worth visiting, if you like unusual building architecture.

I was on a business trip and had a chance to stop by and check out the Schloss Gottesaue. It was really neat too see and there is a very large front lawn. It's worth stopping by if you are touring around.

It's a very special place for me because my Grandma lived in the neighbourhood and I know it from my childhood. I think they renovated it very good - and now it's a very nice place with a park behind - with kids playground etc.....More

Hosting the Music-conservatory in daytime and the Open Air Cinema events during summer at night. A true beauty !

Very nice building. You must see it. The location is very easy to access with car or train, very close to the the main Karlsruhe Schloss.

Red lime stone, a beautiful castle hosting the Conservatory for Music, as a building of culture it is nowadays just placed on a green lawn... Nice to have a look here.
