This amazing bridge leads into an old town like no other. AND at the end nearer the old town is a statue of a brass monkey, go ahead and put your face in it!!

Can't miss this gem of a bridge near downtown Heidelburg! We visited while walking to dinner and around the streets. Won't take up much time and we were there to watch the sunset even though better views can be had on higher ground on both...More

For me the bridge almost similar with Charles Bridge in Prague. The view is nice, The castle is seen from this spot. Makes you want to continue trip up the hill to the castle

It's a bridge... I use them to get from one side to the other. Sure, it's old and has some interesting statues but there are a bazillion similar ones all over Europe. Call me cynical but this attraction took us only as long as it...More

Walk across. Turn back and look at the history. Watch the river traffic. Spend time on the bridge. Take a river cruise.

There's not much I can say about this as it is just a bridge. There's a nice gate at one end. There's also buskers etc. along the bridge.

From above the city or at street level this is a classic bridge that looks perfect in pictures. I saw it first in 1980, then in 1983, and again in 2016 and it is in my pictures from each trip. It could be called classic...More

Lovely to stroll across the bridge (no traffic permitted) and enjoys the views up and down the river Rhine. Some super views of the whole of Schloss Heidelberg and the old town. Best on a dry day to fully appreciate the beauty of the area.
