Every summer they make a nice exposition and sale of regional article, like food, fruits, sweets, and so one. Its close to the Cathedral, even its closed for a while, during its restauration. Higly recommended!

We enjoyed freshly cooked large bockwurst in crunchy fresh baguettes for 2.50 Euros each. Go to the van with the fresh rolls displayed behind. The fresh produce from local farms is also fantastic. Spoilt for choice.

Amazing platz full of ancient colorful buildings in the center of Freiburg. This was our favorite spot of the city.

We stayed at Zum Roten Baren, an old guest house on Oberlinden. It was very comfortable there, and very central.
