Marienkapelle is located in Wurzburg, Germany and was built in the Gothic style in the 1400s. The name literally translates to “Chapel of St. Mary” and is dedicated to Jesus’ mother. The exertion is read and white and was built upon a razed synagogue. The figures of Adam and Eve can be found at the south entrance of the church.... More

Located in Wurzburg Marketplatz, Saint Mary's Chapel is a late Gothic period hall church (1377-1481). It is noted for it's elaborate ornamentations, especially in the arches of it's doorways. It is located next to the monesterial ruins and the ruins of the old "Jagd schloss" (hunting castle) and located in a gorgeous setting.
