Upscale, inventive cocktail bar with trendy tones for a night cap

Most restaurants in Lyon offer only wine and beer, along with the occasional whiskey.

Here you will find a wizard who uses herbs, a torch to singe the lemon peel for a martini, and my favorite - the caliente Tequila made especially for me.

Prices are reasonable and the drinks phenomenal.

Our favourite cocktail bar in Lyon

Went to this bar before dinner last night. Really great vibe here, cocktails on the menu are unusual and interesting, bar staff very friendly and welcoming and speak very good English. Try the Black Forest Old Fashioned it’s amazing. All cocktails served in antique style cut glass containers - very unusual. This was our favourite of all the cocktail bars we’ve visited in Lyon this week.

Great cocktails, good vibes

Awesome place for a drink, we had some superb cocktails. Super cool bar team - we came after dinner on our anniversary, got some selfies with the bar staff - made the photo album. The set up is tight - this is a great place for small groups of friends. Wouldn’t recommend to normal people, if you’re looking for a romantic anniversary drink, more like first date, good friends.

A particularly unpleasant evening

An evening that could have been pleasant...if the boss himself had been! Please note that it is strictly forbidden to serve yourself a straw (a thousand apologies, the temptation was too great in plain sight on the counter) for so-called hygiene reasons (hide them next time), but that If you're the boss, you have every right, including blowing your nose and failing to wash your hands afterwards (and being extremely rude). Funny visions of hygiene… or infantilizing demagoguery?

Run away!
The waiter (I even think he's the boss) was extremely unpleasant, the cocktails were made up of 90% ice.
We quickly left after this deplorable cocktail and there are much better places around!
